Dispatch Operations
Clark Regional Emergency Services Agency's (CRESA's) consolidated 9-1-1 Dispatch Center receives and dispatches all 9-1-1 calls for all incorporated and unincorporated areas of Clark County, as well as portions of Cowlitz and Skamania counties. CRESA provides services to Clark County (population over 403,500) and its seven cities - Battle Ground, Camas, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal and Yacolt. CRESA serves eight police departments, the Clark County Sheriff's Office, all city fire departments and County fire districts, and three ambulance providers. Funding for the 9-1-1 Dispatch Operations is provided by member agencies
CRESA is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) and the National Academy of Emergency Dispatcher (NAED).
CRESA's 9-1-1 Dispatch Center utilizes state-of-the-art equipment including Hitech CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) software integrated with ER Map for our mapping solution, Plant VESTA telephone system, Voice Print logging recorder, Motorola Gold Elite Radio System and Watson Ergonomic sit / stand work stations.
