  • Continue to maintain a flexible organization capable of addressing change

  • Continue work on alternative funding plan that addresses alternative methods for securing funds
  • Maintain current funding but establish new funding relationships
  • Consider implications of regionalization issues for future funding
  • Continue to refine the allocation of costs to customers

TECHNOLOGY

  • Continue to refine the established technology plan for the future
  • Coordinate communication technology procurements throughout the region
  • Define services to be provided on a regional basis

REGIONAL COOPERATION AND REGIONALIZATION

  • Consider regional issues and their implications (plan accordingly)
  • Establish partnerships with other regional agencies (e.g., schools, park districts)
  • Establish methods of communications and resource sharing

  • Maintain CRESA’s quality independence with accountability
  • Provide leadership on communications technologies throughout the region
  • Ensure effective and positive leadership within CRESA
